The Happy Campers is a blog that will be dedicated to reviewing gear and campgrounds and will include the giving out of helpful advice to familes who enjoy the great outdoors.

I am a wife, mother of two small children (by small I mean one is 3 and the other is 2 months) and a tent car camping enthusiast living in Colorado.

Due to a lack of information out there for the non-backpacking or non-RV’ing family I decided to start this blog to help others in their tent camping experience. Not only will I be reviewing gear but I will also be checking out campgrounds throughout the state of Colorado and reviewing them as well.

Our big trip this year is to the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and we will be looking to camp for one week in Telluride. The planning process starts now! :)
